Nancy's first visit to Africa was in l987. She was enthralled with the beauty of the animals, the tribes and the land. The birds, the horses, the elephants are standing equal among the humans, no less endowed with spirit and grace, no less deserving of admiration. In fact, it seems to be us embracing them, trying to absorb in their presence a bit of wisdom about acceptance and benevolence.
